The Polaris Xpedition Exhaust Cover, designed to enhance the rear appearance of your Xpedition. The main framework of the cover is crafted from 16-gauge steel, precision-cut and bent using CNC laser technology, and coated in sleek black powder. We add hexagon vents to the framework, available in Factory Polaris colors or raw steel for custom painting.

Replacing the factory plastic cover, our Exhaust Cover utilizes existing holes, eliminating the need for drilling. All necessary hardware is included for easy installation, along with aluminum body washers for a polished finish.

Pair our Exhaust Cover with our Vented Lower Doors for a cohesive and stylish look.
